April News
Dear Preschool Families:
April is already almost here! These last months, we will finish up the alphabet and begin reviewing all our letters, numbers, and concepts.
Please be sure and check your calendars for Quilt Day during Q Week and bring a quilt (or a blanket if you don't have a quilt) marked with your child's name. We will be making a big story time tent with the quilts.
We will have our annual bike-a-thon on April 16th during the last 30 minutes of class. Please bring a bike or scooter for your child to ride on that day, as well as a helmet. Parents are invited to come watch!
We will be taking a field trip to the City Library on April 23rd. It will be during the last hour of class, if we have extra time we will take the kids over to Norris Park before heading back to preschool to dismiss.
The end of the school year is quickly approaching! The cost of tuition is halved in May, bus is $3 per trip so you can just add up the days your child will be riding and add that to May tuition. The last regular day of preschool will be Tuesday May 5th.
The Graduation Ceremony for all those going on to Kindergarten next year will be on Tuesday, May 5th at 7:00 p.m. There will be a reception following the program in the fellowship area. Parents and grandparents are invited to join us for this special celebration! Children NOT graduating do not need to attend the graduation on Tuesday evening.
