Mark your calendars for PLC’s Quarterly Voters’ Meeting on Sunday, October 18th at 1pm. We will be having a potluck following late service that day.A signup sheet for food dishes can be found on the bulletin board.

ASH CREEK ANNIVERSARY

The members of St. John Lutheran Church, Ash Creek, invite you to join them on Sunday, September 20th in celebrating the congregation's 125th Anniversary and their annual Mission Festival!  St. John is having two services that day under the theme based on Psalm 145:1-7, "From Generation to Generation Proclaiming and Celebrating God's Goodness in Christ."  The first service, with Communion, is at 10:30 a.m. (CDT), with former pastor Rev. Larry Rodencal preaching.  The second service is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. (CDT), and will primarily be a hymn fest, with a son of the congregation, Rev. Mike Reiners, serving as speaker.  Between the two services, around noon, a meal will be served.  If you plan on attending the noon meal please call the church by August 24th at (308) 364-2706.

SYNODICAL ELECTIONS

McCook Circuit Forum will be electing delegates to the Synodical Convention on Sunday, October 4th at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Culbertson at 4pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
